SPO-DICON is constituted under the DICON Act as Nigeria’s premier sovereign defence integrator. We combine the statutory authority of the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria with the global partnerships, financing capability, and programme management expertise of SP Offshore Nigeria Limited.
Our mandate extends across Nigeria’s entire security architecture — the Nigerian Army, Navy, and Air Force, the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigeria Immigration Service, the Department of State Services (DSS), the Nigeria Customs Service, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and all paramilitary agencies.
